As a Coder + Designer

I spend most of my waking hours working on computers. With a degree in Computer Science and a passion for creating visually pleasing images, I am constantly looking for the next opportunity to use my God-given talents and abilities help people.

I have been writing application programs for various research groups during my Bachelor’s and Master’s years. Those projects involved wide range of areas from database, scientific visualization, to high performance computing on super computers. To be honest, the work experiences taught me much more than all those years in college. But I guess education is like a foundation so you can build upon it fast later on. Here are a few things I am very familiar with:

• OpenGL
• MPI
• OpenMP
• Qt(Toolkit)
• Windows/Linux/Unix(Mac)

Since the days everyone was still using telephone line to connect to the Internet, I have started building website s. HTML was probably the first programming language I have ever learned. Some web development skills I have acquired:

• HTML/XHTML
• Javascript
• PHP
• MySQL
• Photoshop
